Ready to become a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader? We’re ready for you! New course dates just in: Birmingham, from Saturday 28th April 2012. Lifebulb runs a unique 2 or 4-day course which includes learning all the key concepts and taking them out into real-life corporate and community sessions: an absolutely unforgettable experience with ongoing support in the following months as you use your new toolbox for laughter and positivity. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Lifebulb is getting stuck in for 2012 and raring to go. After an immensely fruitful and empowering three-month sabbatical we are excited about upcoming workshops, courses and events for the coming year. Lifebulb’s MD, Charlotte Eaton, lost her voice for a number of very challenging and inspiring weeks, and is now even better-equipped to help you find yours through laughter yoga, optimism exercises and/or singing, breath technique and meditation. Kate Sharp is working as a fulltime laughter and positivity coach, and offering her usual brand of incredible literary jewels through creative-writing workshops and schools’ facilitation.
